An independent judge for your agents.

Screwtape isn't tied to any agent framework or AI model provider, so its verdicts are never grading their own work. Every verdict comes with a signed receipt you can verify yourself, which gives you a record you can trust when it matters.

Volume and invoicing

Monthly invoicing is a PayPal invoice for an agreed amount. This page does not charge a card. After you write to us and we agree a volume, we send the invoice from PayPal. The price on this page is contact us. Per-call and pack prices stay on pricing.

Availability

The target is 99.9% monthly availability of the public API. This is a target, not a contractual SLA, and it does not include credits or other remedies. Measured latency and the share of successful calls versus 5xx responses are at /status.json. Those fields are null when there are no samples.

Records for your own files

A signed receipt is a record of one verdict. You can keep it with your own files. It is not an EU AI Act certification, not a SOC 2 report, and not an insurance policy. Whether it belongs in those files is for your counsel, your auditor, and your insurer. Receipts for an API key are listed at GET /v1/receipts. A key can set retention to 0, 1, 30, or 90 days with PATCH /v1/account/settings. The default is 1 day. Day 0 stores neither receipts nor content.

Data processing

What the API stores is on the privacy page and the security page. Subprocessors are Cloudflare (the worker, D1, and hosting), Groq only when an LLM API key is set, PayPal when a pack is paid with PayPal, and the x402 facilitators https://facilitator.xpay.sh (Base) and https://x402.dexter.cash (Base and Solana). Solana settlement goes through https://x402.dexter.cash.
