Badge
Screwtape Verified
The badge links to a page for one signed verdict. This shows that this output received this verdict at this time. It is not a general safety certification of the agent.
Nothing is public until the API key that owns a receipt publishes it. POST /v1/receipts/{receipt_id}/publish with that key. include_content defaults to false, so the page does not show the task or the agent output. Set include_content to true only when you want those two fields on the page. That requires the call to have been stored with retain true, and the retained row must still be there. A label, if you send one, is at most 80 characters. DELETE the same path to remove the page and the badge. Deleting the key removes it too.
PASS is teal text on #0a0d12. FAIL, RETRY, and other results use neutral colours, so you can choose not to show them. An unknown or unpublished id returns a grey unverified badge with HTTP 404. The badge image can be cached for five minutes. The receipt page is not cached.

The MCP tool publish_receipt calls the same publish path. It needs the owner's API key. It does not take an x402 payment.
